Processing Time

Every Mongi Crew piece is made with attention to detail.
Standard and custom orders ship within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away and a shipping notification with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We currently offer:

  • Standard Shipping (5–7 business days in transit)

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days in transit; available on select items)

  • Free U.S. Shipping on orders over $100

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.
International shipping will be available soon—stay tuned for updates, or contact support@mongicrew.com if you’d like to arrange an international order.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
If tracking hasn’t updated after 48 hours, contact support@mongicrew.com and we’ll assist you.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office first.

  2. If it’s still missing after 3 business days, email support@mongicrew.com with your order number—we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible.

If you use different support emails, tell me the correct ones and I’ll swap them in.

RETURNS

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of everything we make. If you're not satisfied, we’ll make it right.

  • Return Window: Within 15 days of delivery

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Exchanges: Free for domestic orders — subject to product availability

  • Refunds: Issued to original payment method within 5–7 business days of return receipt

  • Final Sale and Custom Order Items: Not eligible for return or exchange

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
